Quality management for associations and organizations
Associations and organizations are sometimes similar to industrial facilities by complex structures and processes. Here, too, it is important to be able to guarantee a uniform and structured administration of processes, documents and information.
Quality management is a sensible tool for organizational management. It serves the systematic definition and improvement of processes and clarifies responsibilities, work processes and serves the transparency of the processes in a system (associations, organizations, NGOs, clubs etc.).
In the QM pilot, process descriptions can be displayed using a flow chart to set up a quality management system and all necessary documents and information can be linked directly to the process description. In this way, all necessary information and documents are available quickly and easily in everyday life. Quality management should never be seen as a pure fulfillment of duty. Only when it is understood and lived can it bring the desired benefits.
With the QM-Pilot a norm-oriented system according to ISO 9001: 2015 can be set up.
